These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern access to and use of Revveal (the "Service"), available at revveal.net and operated by Arthur Werts, a sole trader (entreprise individuelle) registered in Boulogne-Billancourt, France ("we", "us"). By joining the waitlist, creating an account, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service is not yet publicly available. Until it launches, only Section 2 applies to you in practice; the remainder takes effect the moment you create an account.

01What the Service does

Revveal helps businesses find TikTok creators for marketing and influencer campaigns. You create a project, launch a campaign against a creator target, and Revveal returns a list of creators matched from its existing database and, where needed, from third-party data providers. You may filter and sort those results, mark creators as favourites, spend a detailed analysis on individual creators, and export what you find.

Revveal does not contact creators on your behalf, does not negotiate, and is not an agency. Everything that happens after you have a shortlist is yours to run.

02The waitlist

If you submit your email address to the waitlist, you are asking to be notified when the Service opens. That is the entire commitment on both sides:

  • We use the address to send you a launch notice, and occasional messages directly about that launch. Nothing else.
  • Joining the waitlist creates no account, reserves no price, and obliges you to nothing.
  • You can ask to be removed at any time by replying to any message or writing to contact@revveal.net, and your address is deleted.

Prices, plan contents and launch dates described on this site are our current intent, not a binding offer. They may change before launch; what binds us is the price shown on the checkout page at the moment you pay.

03Accounts

You must provide a valid email address, confirm it, and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. The Service is intended for professional use by individuals aged 18 or over acting on behalf of a business.

04Plans, payment and limits

An account may hold up to 3 projects, and each project up to 5 campaigns. A campaign is either:

  • Free — a limited number of creators and detailed analyses, subject to a per-project and per-day limit to prevent abuse; or
  • Paid — a one-time payment for a fixed creator target and a fixed budget of detailed analyses, processed by our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy, acting as merchant of record. We do not receive or store your card details.

Paid campaigns are billed once, per campaign. There is no recurring subscription and no minimum term: you are never charged again unless you knowingly start another paid campaign.

A campaign delivers up to its creator target. Where a niche, country and language combination does not contain enough relevant creators, the campaign ends with fewer and says so. We do not pad a result with creators outside your category in order to reach a number.

05Refunds

A paid campaign is refundable in full while it is awaiting payment confirmation, or once paid, for as long as it has not yet returned any creator. Once we have engaged our data provider to search for creators on your behalf, the campaign is no longer refundable, because that work has a real and non-recoverable cost to us.

To request a refund, email contact@revveal.net with the name of the campaign. This clause is deliberately narrower than a general right of withdrawal and wider than "no refunds"; it is the line at which our own cost becomes unrecoverable.

06Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Resell, republish or bulk-redistribute the creator database itself — as opposed to the results of your own campaigns, which you are free to export and use;
  • Use exported creator data to send unsolicited bulk messages, spam or harassment;
  • Attempt to circumvent campaign, analysis or account limits through multiple accounts;
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape or overload the Service.

When you contact a creator using information found through Revveal, you are responsible for complying with applicable law — including anti-spam and data protection law — and with TikTok's own terms of service.

07Exported data

You may export campaign results as CSV or JSON. Once exported, that data leaves our systems and these Terms no longer govern it: you are responsible for how you store, use and eventually delete it, consistent with applicable data protection law and Section 6 above.

08Creator data and accuracy

Creator profiles, statistics and quality scores — including engagement rate, audience quality, fake-follower risk, the reliability score and the sponsored-versus-organic comparison — are derived from third-party data and automated heuristics. They are provided as decision support, not as a guarantee of accuracy, and we do not warrant that any creator is genuine, active, or suitable for your campaign.

One limit is worth stating plainly, because it is inherent to the data source rather than to our implementation: no TikTok data source exposes a paid-partnership flag. Sponsored posts are identified from the caption, and posts we cannot confirm are labelled "likely sponsored" in the interface. Any figure derived from that classification — including the sponsored-versus-organic gap — carries the same uncertainty.

09Intellectual property

The Service, its interface and its underlying software are our property or that of our licensors. Creator data is sourced from publicly available information and third-party providers and is not owned by us; see the Privacy Policy for how it is handled.

10Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind and are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, nor for the outcome of any influencer campaign you run using creators found through the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the campaign giving rise to that claim.

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. It may be modified, suspended or discontinued.

11Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account from Settings, which removes your projects, campaigns and favourites. You can also write to contact@revveal.net. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate Section 6.

12Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Where you contract as a business, the courts of France have jurisdiction; where mandatory consumer protection rules apply to you, nothing here removes them.

13Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
